THE PROBLEMS
Swimming pools & spas operators and owners face everyday considerable difficulty removing the oil film that often appears on the surface of the water. Many of the people using the pools or spas are covered, with a good reasons, with suntan oil, sunscreen filters or body grease and hair oil which gets washed off into the pool, and if dogs are allowed in the water, they can release much more oil into the pool.
