Customer Interest:
The customer expresses interest in an Monarch™ Trilers
2. Finance:
Monarch™ do NOT offers financing through third-party lenders. The customer can apply for financing through the lender. If paying personally, the customer receives instructions on methods of payment. The customer is responsible for ensuring payment is arranged at the time of order agreement.
3. Customize Order:
The customer uses Monarch's online Build Your Trailer tool to customize their trailer and selects the options they would like.
4. Build Sheet:
The Build Sheet is created by Monarch's Client Service Specialist, including in/out of production date, delivery ESTIMATE, and location. The customer signs the Order Sheet. Monarch™ sends an invoice for a $1,000 non-refundable Confirmation Fee, applicable to custom-built trailers, pre-built inventory & demo units.
5. Production:
Monarch™ updates the order, invoicing, assigns VIN, and prepares tilting documentation (Bill Of Sale, NVIS, MCO). The financier is notified of the order if applicable.
6. Pre-Delivery:
Four weeks before the estimated completion date, Monarch sends the customer the final invoice for the remainder of the payment. The final payment must be received two weeks before the completion date. Title documents are completed and sent to the customer. Financing completes payments to Monarch™ on completion
7. Delivery:
Delivery of the trailer is within two weeks of final completion. Monarch™ notifies the customer when the trailer is completed and ready to ship. Customers who choose pickup must bring a plate or travel permit for the trailer.
Trailer Registration:
Take all Monarch provided paperwork to the local registration office to register the trailer. For US customers, ensure you have received your 7501 form prior to attempting to register your trailer.
9. Monarch Orientation: Once the trailer is delivered, the customer connects 1-on-1 with an Monarch Representative on a video call. The representative will take the customer through every component of the trailer and answer any questions they may have.
10. Warranty:
The customer registers the trailer's warranty online at Monarch.
11. Follow-Up:
Monarch™ follows up with the customer within four weeks of receiving the trailer to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
By following these steps, customers can successfully order and receive their custom-built MONARCH™, and ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.

Dry Weight/Shipped Weight - The weight of the RV as shipped from the manufacturer without any passengers, cargo, liquids, or additional accessories or dealer installed options.
Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) - The current combined weight of the RV (dry weight) plus passengers, cargo, and liquids.
Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) - The maximum allowed weight of a Vehicle/RV, including passengers, cargo, fluids, etc..
Cargo Weight - The total weight of all passengers, food, clothing, liquids, accessories, etc.. That you might put into your RV.
Tongue/Hitch Weight - The weight/pressure applied from the trailer tongue/coupler to the conventional/bumper hitch on your vehicle.
Pin Weight - This is often referred to as the weight/pressure applied from the fifth wheel king pin to the hitch in the bed of your truck.
Payload Capacity - For Trucks, the amount of weight you can safely add to the bed of the truck. Your Fifth Wheels Hitch Weight or Pin Weight plus the actual weight of the hitch plus any other accessories you have in the bed of the truck must not exceed the Payload Capacity amount. Confirm Payload Capacity with your vehicle’s manufacturer.
Max Towing Capacity - The maximum weight limit that can safely be towed by your specific vehicle. This weight is calculated by adding the RV’s GVW with the weight of all passengers, cargo, and liquids in your tow vehicle.
